The Biden Administration Grants Humanitarian Protections to Venezuelans in the US

Venezuelans in the United States will have the opportunity to apply for Temporary Protected Status, or TPS, a form of humanitarian aid, which can be granted when it is deemed unsafe to return to their home country.
The registration period for the Venezuelan TPS is from March 9, 2021 to September 5, 2021.
The validity period of the TPS is until September 9, 2022.
